MF Ceiling Systems

MF ceiling systems can accept some degree of loading compared to the more traditional form of suspended ceiling system.

Typically, this system can utilise one or more layers of boards / tiles with different characteristics depending on the performance required.

The heart of the system is a lightweight galvanised grid comprising ceiling channels, support primary channels and perimeter channels, suspended by strap hangers or angle sections to the structural soffit.

Grid Systems

Grid systems are available in either exposed or concealed grid format.

Exposed Grids are available to take lay in flush tiles (standard) or lay in recessed edge tiles.

Concealed Grids take slide on grooved edge tiles.

Special systems are available for moist, damp or humid conditions such as kitchens, laundry rooms etc. A wide range of accessories are available which includes flush “luminaire” modular light fittings, access hatches and window upstands
